Get to know Jamell
Jamell Farmer, LPCA, received his Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Connecticut State University. He has had over 10 years of eclectic experiences working with individuals struggling with substance abuse, homelessness, and HIV/AIDS, along with working with the LGBTQIA+ population. He has also served the youth in Danbury through mentoring and sports programs since 2006 and has the equivalent experience of a Registered Play Therapist. Jamell also has experience helping individuals through depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management and a wide variety of mental health concerns.
